How much time are you spending with yourself? I don’t mean by yourself, I mean with yourself. Sitting quietly in your thoughts, going deep within you and understanding the things that are important to you.

Part of caring for yourself is really knowing who you are, understanding your needs and connecting with spirit. Your human journey is all about self discovery. What you learn along the way and your interactions and relationships with others.

If you haven’t connected with yourself in a while, see if you can find 10 minutes every day to just sit quietly and let your mind wander. Let your thoughts flow and see what comes to you. The more often you put yourself in this space, the more connected you will feel and the more information you’ll receive to help you on your path of self discovery.
