An energy reading for January 14… BE ALL IN TODAY.
Some days are better than others for certain things you are doing and going through. Your practice helps you to identify the predominant energies at work, when are the best times to expand and contract, and where you should put your focus so that you’re in alignment and not working against the natural flow of things. Today, is a hands-on day. It means you are in it – in the soil, building something, involved in what it feels like to be here. It’s about engaging in and appreciating the physical. Condensed further you might say, it’s about giving yourself to doing and being present in that doing… instead of being distracted by thinking about negative things or plans, or what happened yesterday, or hopes for next week… let go to the day and be all in, in whatever you’re doing. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
