After the Peak of the Wave
And so after the Full Moon, you may notice that the pressure you were feeling before is dissipating. It’s what happens when you’ve passed thru the peak of the energy waves and you’re experiencing the effects of the tail. So this blip is ending in preparation for the next.
Allow your system to calibrate. If you’re tired, rest. If you’re energetic, go. In other words, go with the energy you’re being shown and honor how you and your body are feeling. This is a good day to avoid foods with lots of acid and gluten. This is a good day to wrap up the things you can.
