Sometimes it’s on you to intervene even when it’s not yours. Perhaps you can resolve a conflict before it happens. Perhaps you can offer a better idea to make someone’s job easier. When you offer to help from the best-est intentions possible – it’s always a positive thing.
We often want to wait until we’re asked, and when we’re not, when you a see a potential problem arising, it’s always best to try to prevent someone from hitting speed bumps when you can.
