Happy July 4th! Many blessings!
If you’re an energy sensitive, you might have been feeling this pressure that brings some anxiety on you over the last week… this energy is dissipating, but it does take some help from you not to let it stick.
When you come from pain – we act out to others, act out on yourself, or we continue to isolate emotionally and contract in. When you are able to give of yourself to do something for someone else, it dispels much of the negative energy. You are removed from the ‘just you’ bubble and doing something that is meaningful to someone else puts what you can do to smooth the way for someone else ahead of what you’re not receiving. When you are giving, it’s hard to be lacking. Something to think about.
