If you have not had a session with us before, please fill in our online release by clicking here. This is required before your first session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our session time with you is very important to us and we reserve that time for you. We understand that circumstances may arise where you will need to change or cancel your session.

If you need to cancel your session, you can reschedule within 30 days of the date of cancellation of the original session. After the 30 days your session fee will be forfeited.

If you would like a refund of your session fee, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session and confirm that you would like a refund.

If you would like to reschedule your session, we must be notified within 24 hours of your session time or your session fee will be forfeited, and you will need to book and pay for a new session.
