Know it’s not yours and let it go

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’ll find that certain wave patterns trigger an emotion in you like… despair.

If you’ve asked yourself if this “despair” belongs to you and it doesn’t – meaning what’s going on in your life doesn’t justify you feeling like that…

Then know its not yours and let it go.

How do you let it go? Do something that makes you feel good inside – it could be a walk, a bite of comfort food, listening to a favorite song, or just ….you fill in the blank.

You have power, use it. With practice, strong emotions will flow thru you without you holding on to them, and you’ll know what it’s like to be free.
